Sponsor Commitments
A literal seat at the table.
Camp Curiae sponsorship provides relationship-first access to a curated room of medtech CEOs — not a tradeshow booth, not a broadcast email. The format is intentionally intimate: attendance is capped, the attendee mix is curated, and sponsors are included as trusted participants built around substance, access, and long-term relationships.
Estimate your investment
Both sponsorships scale with attendance. Drag the slider to see your commitment at a given session size.
Tier one
CEO Reception Sponsorship
The CEO sponsor hosts the reception for all attendees immediately before dinner — with an opportunity to address the group, describe the firm's offerings, and name a signature drink or wine for all. Camp Curiae covers the cost of the reception itself.
Sponsor investment
$14,000
$5,000 + ($300 × 30) = $14,000. Initial $5,000 due upon commitment; remainder within 30 days of the event close.
Tier two
CEO Dinner Sponsorship
Three sponsors per session. Each hosts one-third of attendees at an intimate dinner in a private room of a nearby restaurant — a format built for candid conversation. Camp Curiae covers the cost of the dinner itself.
Sponsor investment
$12,500
$5,000 + ($750 × 30 ÷ 3) = $12,500. Initial $5,000 due upon commitment; remainder within 30 days of the event close.
What sponsors receive
Every Camp Curiae sponsorship includes the following key elements.
Attendance
Sponsor representatives may attend the full program and participate throughout the day.
Speaking Opportunity
Optional speaking spot within the curriculum — a brief, contextually relevant contribution to the module most aligned with your firm's expertise.
Information Table
Optional table at the back of the room throughout the day for materials, demos, or informal conversations during breaks.
Full Event Access
Full participation alongside all attendee CEOs at every Camp Curiae event.
Reception
Attendance at the CEO Reception held immediately following the day's sessions, before the hosted dinners.
Hosted Dinner
Host a private dinner for one-third of attendees (~10–15 medtech CEOs) at a local restaurant. Brief welcome, brand association, and a room you cannot access any other way.
Recognition
Prominent sponsor recognition throughout the day — materials, signage, program guide, and verbal acknowledgment.
