A full one-day Camp Curiae, delivered on location:
Six modules. One day. The same curriculum delivered at public Camp Curiae sessions — entity formation, governance, contracts, equity, preferred-stock financings, and exits.
Scenario-driven format. Real business situations, small-group work, and candid peer discussion.
The Camp Counselor on site. Bryan P. Lord — two-time medtech CEO, corporate finance attorney, and founder of Camp Curiae — leads the day personally.
A curated cohort. We help assemble the right attendee mix so the conversation stays relevant, practical, and candid.
Both Camp Curiae simulators. The Preferred Stock Negotiation Simulator (an interactive Series A term-sheet exercise) and the Board Construction Simulator (a persona-driven exercise on board design and governance tradeoffs).
Materials and takeaways. Participant workbooks, scenario packets, and the specific questions each attendee should be taking back to their own counsel.
Customizations
The standard program covers what every operator needs to know. When a host wants to go further — bespoke modules built around your organization’s deal patterns, stage profile, or sector focus, additional simulator sessions, or pre- and post-program work for your cohort — we’ll scope it together. Customizations are available for an additional, negotiable fee.
